On 29 April, the sixth round match between Western League regular season and Kufu HAYATE Orix Shizuoka was held at Satayaku Stadium in Nara Prefecture, where Orix won 10-9 and win with walk-off.

Then, in the bottom of the ninth, with one out and two on third base, Ryu Sugisawa hit a two-run doble to left field to tie the game at the last minute. With one out and runners on first and third base, Masahiro Nishino hit a big sacrifice fly to right field. The double-digit hit batting battle between the two teams ended with walk-off.

Orix overturned a seven-point deficit to record 18 hit. Nishi fielder’s choice was 4 hit 1 RBI, Kurita 3 hit 1 RBI, Naito 2 hit 4 RBI, Endo 2 hit 1 RBI, and substitute Sugisawa 2 hit 2 RBI.
