On 4 July, the 10th round match between Western League regular season and Fukuoka Softbank vs. Chunichi at Tamahome Stadium Chikugo was won 2-1 by Fukuoka Softbank win.

Starter Shunsuke Iwasaki pitcher gave up one run in the first inning, but the offense tied the game in the bottom of the first inning with back-to-back RBI triples by Ayuma Nishio, Itua Ikhine, and Ryuta Hirose. With one out and two outs, he scored one run on a infield grounder from third base to score the winning run.

After that, Iwasaki pitcher carried the runner on his back every time. He didn't allow a runner to reach base, but he was removed in the top of the fourth inning with hitter to Hit by Pitch. After that, Ryusei Oe pitcher connected on 2 inning with no runs, and from the 6th inning, Shuto Ogata pitcher 3 inning 1 hit 7 strike out.

In the top of the ninth inning with the score tied at 2-1, Miyazaki pitcher closer to end the game. Fukuoka Softbank won by one goal, with Itua Ikhine players scoring two hit.
