On April 11, Western League regular season Orix vs. Fukuoka Softbank fourth round in Kyocera Dome Osaka ended in a 7-4 win for Fukuoka Softbank.

Fukuoka Softbank starter Yugo Maeda pitcher loaded the bases with no outs in the first inning and Seiya Yokoyama 's two-run RBI single triple and Ho Naito Players sacrifice fly 3 runs. He gave up a solo shot to Naito in the bottom of the third inning and left the game after 66 pitches hit 8 Hit by Pitch 2 strike out 4 runs in the fourth.

In the top of the second inning, Keita Yamamoto and Tomoya Inoue hit and Kenta Tanigawara Walk loaded the bases with one out and bases loaded on the Itua Ikhine. Return 1 point with a player's push Walk. From the third inning onwards, the hit were unable to score despite hitting a single every time, but in the top of the seventh, they created a good opportunity with Yudai Shoji 's hit and Soichiro Ishizuka 's Hit by Pitch, and scored two runs on Yamamoto's timely hit and Inoue's sacrifice fly. They closed the gap to one point at 3-4.

The relievers tied the bases inning in the fifth inning with Hikaru Kimura pitcher on a no-runs pitch, then Toya Kawaguchi pitcher in the bottom of the seventh and Shunsuke Iwai pitcher in the bottom of the eighth. Then, in the top of the ninth, Yoshiyasu Sasakawa hit and two Walk with one out and bases loaded on Inoue's two-run RBI single turned the game around. Tanigawara also had a two-run RBI single to turn the game around at 7-4.

With a three-run lead in the bottom of the ninth, Fumimaru Taura pitcher closed out the game and ended the game. Tanigawara hit 3 RBI 1 stolen base, Inoue 2 hit 3 RBI, and Ishizuka 3 hit for a total of 13 hit scored seven points to extend their winning streak to four.

In the loss, Orix was taken to the plate after starter Kohei Azuma pitcher showed signs of concern about his fingertips, leaving the game with an injury in 2.1 innings with 4 hit 3 Walk strike out 1 runs. Yokoyama had two RBI innings, including 2 hit 2 RBI and Naito Home Run, but Kaito Saiki pitcher gave up 4 runs in the top of the ninth.
