Saitama Seibu 's Tatsuya Imai pitcher pitched well in four innings, throwing 64 pitches hit 2 Walk 2 strike out runs.
From the first game of the "Ragzas Samurai Japan Series 2025", pitcher Imai started for the first time in six days. In the first inning, he retired three batters on 10 pitches. In the top of the second inning, with one out and Walk on base, he loaded the bases with double play runner but struck out the next two batters to end the inning. With hit in the top of the third and Walk in the top of the fourth, he allowed two outs to load the bases, but did not allow a runner to reach second base. Although it took a little more pitches, he showed a good adjustment for the opening pitcher.

"There were some areas where the straight ball was too much on my fingers, so I would like to make adjustments, but overall, I felt that I could still improve my level after trying various types of balls. I've been in good shape so far, but I still have time before the start of the season, so I'd like to push myself hard until the end and practice to improve even more."
