◇ Merchandise commemorating Fukuoka Softbank pitcher Naoyuki Uwasawa 's 1,000th career strike out will be on sale
Fukuoka Softbank pitcher Naoyuki Uwasawa achieved his 1,000th career strike out in a game against Orix on the 4th. To commemorate this, merchandise featuring a large portrait of pitcher 's dynamic pitch form will be sold.
In addition to the standard T-shirts and towels, the lineup also includes hairbands based on the voice of the character and premium items available exclusively through the online store. There will also be a giveaway campaign for commemorative panels.
Chiba Chiba Lotte Marines The Marines Dance Academy opens
Chiba Lotte Marines will open a new school, "LOCOK Kashiwanoha School," of the The Marines Dance Academy (hereinafter referred to as MDA), a kids' dance school run by the team, inside the LaLaport Kashiwanoha building.
MDA is a kids' dance school where current and former members of "M☆Splash!!," the official cheer performers for Chiba Lotte Marines serve as instructors. Including the newly opened "LOCOK Kashiwanoha School," there are currently 19 schools in the prefecture with 93 classes, and a total of approximately 1,300 students enrolled.
LOCOK Kashiwanoha School will be newly opening a Kids Class (for children aged 3 to preschool) and a Little Class (for first to fourth grade elementary school students). In addition, prior to the new opening, a free trial session will be held over two days, on Saturday, September 6th and Saturday, September 13th. For further details, please visit the team's website.
