The match was cancelled due to rain, but George appeared at the photo session! 5/6 Zozo Marine Stadium event report

George came to Zozo Marine Stadium on May 6th (Tuesday, national holiday), the last day of Golden Week. Despite the unfortunate weather, many people were lined up at the The Marines Store Museum store outside the stadium from early in the morning, waiting for the store to open.

At 11:00, it was decided that the game would be cancelled due to rain, but the photo session with George for those who purchased collaboration merchandise went ahead. In front of the ballpark stage on the perimeter of the stadium, where the photo session took place, many people were waiting for George to appear, even in the rain.

George finally appeared on stage. His adorable, energetic appearance brought smiles to the faces of the audience. He and members of Chiba Lotte Marines official cheer performers, M☆Splash!!, performed a dance to the theme song of the TV anime "Curious George." MC HONOKA from M☆Splash!! appeared in a costume as the "Man in a Yellow Hat," and the stage instantly became lively.

During the photo session, participants wore their favorite George items and enjoyed spending time with George in their own way. A bright and smiling time flowed on stage, making people forget about the rain.
Unfortunately, the day ended with the photo session on the Ballpark Stage. George reluctantly left Zozo Marine Stadium and headed to his next destination, ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO.
Following last year, George goes to Hokkaido! 5/11 ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO Event Report

On Sunday, May 11th, George came to ES CON FIELD Hokkaido for the second time, following his visit last year.
Before the start of the match, he appeared on the large screen with stadium reporters Sho Arai and Miyu Takitani, and The Fighters Girls, and gave a lively greeting, with many people stopping to look at the screen.

At the "FIGHTERS FAMILY STORE" inside the stadium, the interior was decorated with panels of George and other items from the collaboration were lined up. People of all ages and genders picked up the products, which proved to be very popular and always had a constant line of people waiting in front of them.
Also, on this day, which was Mother's Day, parents and children were seen choosing collaboration goods as presents for their mothers. This shows that Curious George is a popular character that has been loved by parents for over 80 years all over the world, and has been passed down from parent to child, and then to their children.

A total of 40 people from 20 groups participated in the photo session for those who purchased collaboration goods. At the end, George interacted with many visitors, including high-fiving those who were watching the photo session, and brought smiles to the faces of ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO before the start of the game.

To commemorate the release of collaboration goods with the six Pacific League League teams, George visited all six teams and six stadiums.
