On July 11, Western League regular season Orix vs. Hanshin Tigers 11th round in Sugimotoshoji Buffaloes Stadium Maishima ended 2-1 with Orix walk-off win.

He was replaced in the third inning with 2 hit 3 Walk 1 runs. From the fourth inning, Riku Miyaguni pitcher took the mound at second. In the top of the sixth, with two outs and the bases loaded, he closer hit four strike out two Walk runs and Hanshin Tigers in the fourth.

On the other hand, the batting line did not break down Hanshin Tigers Beasley pitcher. In the bottom of the seventh, with pitcher on his side, Seiya Yokoyama had a chance to score with one out on a bases loaded hit and two Walk to tie the game on a double play by Jo Endo.
