The official YouTube channel of the league's official video distribution service, Parsol Pacific League TV, is now showing "Pacific League Behind-the-scenes Close-up "Parsol Camera"" planned by Pacific League title partner Parsol Holdings, Inc. More than 30 fixed-point cameras reveal the professionalism of the staff behind Pacific League from every angle! The videos in this series, which were released last year, have received a total of over 1 million views.

The fourth video in 2025 is available at Saitama Seibu Lions. In late June, the "Nippon Seimei Central Pacific Baseball Tournament 2025" was over and the PERSOL Pacific League regular season resumed. More than 30 cameras captured the behind-the-scenes operations of the games.

Staying on the field or moving into management? A close look at the decision of the baseball team fan club manager!

In the first episode, we follow Ayana Mochizuki, a member of the fan club group. After working for an insurance company for five years, she joined Saitama Seibu Lions in 2019. She changed jobs because she wanted to devote herself to what she loves. Mochizuki returned to work two months ago after about a year and a half of maternity and childcare leave. During her time away from work, she felt unsure about her career plans.

Since his return, Mochizuki has been working mainly in management. He said that he found it rewarding to be on-site and interact directly with fans, and now he feels some frustration at being away from the field. Should he stay "on-site" or move into "management"? Mochizuki's choice is...

The day of the in-depth coverage was a night game day, and Mochizuki's work began in the morning when no one else was at work. The camera captures her working, not only handling fan club duties but also using the perspective of a parent to balance child-rearing with her work.

He boldly orders a new product! A close look at the big gamble that a former chef sets up!

In the second episode, we follow Yusuke Kato of the Food & Beverage Sales Group. Kato's responsibilities include managing the operations of partner companies that have stores, product development and staff management for directly managed stores, and game day operations.

The day of the intimate interview was the release date of "Nishiguchi Fumiya's Taimeshi Bento," a new product for which Kato was in charge of menu development. It was originally planned to be on sale from the opening game, but Nishiguchi suggested further improvements, and it was remade into a special dish. On the first day of sales, they made a bold order, assuming it would sell out. "What will happen...?" he seemed worried, but...

Kato, who joined the company in 2021, has six years of experience working as a chef. He says that because he knows the work environment, he values encouraging employees and being considerate.

The stadium closer! A look at the man who keeps invisible troubles contained!

In the third episode, we follow Takayuki Umebayashi of the Game Operations Group. Umebayashi's biggest job is to ensure that the game is run without any problems. He is, so to speak, the guardian deity of Belluna Dome.

At around 1:00 PM, three hours before the stadium opens, they hold an online meeting to check the activities of all departments. They memorize the events and concession stand movements in advance and act with anticipation of queues. On-site, they do not overlook even the slightest irregularity. They keep a close eye on the entire stadium to prevent trouble before it happens, not only noticing queues but even flashing, which is prohibited by spectator rules.

Umebayashi works with the mindset that "by responding quickly, I hope to be able to resolve customer complaints." He is highly trusted by staff in other departments, so please take a look at the video to see how this craftsman works.
