On April 15, Eastern League regular season and Chiba Lotte vs. Tohoku Rakuten in Lotte Urawa Baseball Stadium played in the fourth round, 6-4 for Chiba Lotte win. The team extended its winning streak to eight.
Chiba Lotte Starter pitcher Summons got off to a closer in the first three straight inning of the first inning. In the fourth and fifth innings, he was hit by a pitch hit, but he didn't allow a runner to reach second base. With runners on first and third with hit one out in the top of the sixth, the Yankees gave up one run on an RBI single by Tsubasa Yoshino with two outs, but kept the deficit to runs.
In the bottom of the first inning, back-to-back singles by Shingo Ishikawa and Acevedo, Misho Nishikawa Walk with one out bases loaded, and Ryusei Miyazaki were pushed out by Hit by Pitch and Naonori Yasuda. He scored two goals in the first inning with a sacrifice fly of players. In the bottom of the fourth and sixth innings, Shin Ishikawa added two more runs in his second consecutive at-bat with RBI singles, and in the bottom of the seventh, he scored two runs on an RBI triple by Koki Yamaguchi and sacrifice fly by Yu Tatematsu to make the score 6-1.
The relievers connected in the top of the seventh with Atsuya Hirohata pitcher on a triple, but in the top of the eighth, Koshiro Sakamoto pitcher pinch-hit with two outs to pinch hit infield hit and Walk, and Yoshino's timely doble to runs two. In the top of the ninth, Kirato Nagashimada pitcher loaded the bases with one out on two Walk and gave up one run on an error by second baseman. Yusuke Azuma pitcher gave up Walk but didn't allow a run, ending the game 6-4.
Summons pitcher earned his third win of the season with 5 hit no walks Hit by Pitch 5 strike out 1 runs on 81 pitches in six innings. Shin Ishikawa had a 3-hit 2-RBI performance. Tohoku Rakuten took their first loss of the season when starter Kosei Koga pitcher allowed 7 hit 5 Hit by Pitch 5 walks and 3 runs on 98 pitches in five innings. In the batting lineup, Yoshino exhaled 2 hit 3 RBI.
