"Mondays at Pate-Tele" was started with the desire to create a time for professional baseball and Pacific League fans to enjoy themselves even on Mondays, when there are fewer games. This week, Hitoshi Tamura, Masahiro Araki, and GG Sato appeared and looked back on the Persol CS Pacific first baseman Stage.

Among them, when the topic turned to Gunji, who contributed to win doble that led to the opening run in Game 1 and Home Run, Araki began by saying, "I like Gunji." When GG Sato asked, "What do you like about him?", Araki explained the reason, saying, "He's smart. He's fun to talk to and has a lot of different replies. And his batting is good too," and emphasized, "He's the player I'm looking forward to this time!"

GG Sato then asked, "Is Gunji the type of player who can read the pitches?" to which Araki replied, "He's the type who can read the pitches quite well." He also praised his versatility, saying, "He plays a variety of positions, like third base and catcher. I think that's amazing."
