An exhibition game between The Giants and Chiba Lotte will be held at Tokyo Dome from 2:00 p.m. on March 23rd.

The focus of Chiba Lotte is on Shogo Nakamura. In the previous game, he hit home run off The Giants closer pitcher in the top of the ninth inning to tie the game, and recorded two hit. He appealed to the management to be transferred back to second base this season, and has struggled in the exhibition games so far with a batting average of .188, but he hopes to use this hit as an opportunity to improve his condition and win a spot in the starting lineup at second starting line-up for the opening game.
