Orix 's Hiroya Miyagi pitcher threw 118 pitches in six innings, hit 5 Hit by Pitch 5 strike out and no runs.

In the first inning, with runners on doble first and second with two outs and Walk on base, the Yankees loaded the bases with no runs and then closer didn't allow the opposing hitters to score. With two outs and bases loaded in the top of the fifth, he struck out Kengo Yoshida batter to center field.
