〈The Lions Team Store Flags (hereinafter referred to as "Flags")】, I am responsible for cashier service, merchandise management, and other tasks related to store operations. On game days, I work from three hours before the start of the game until around one and a half hours before the end (depending on game time and conditions). They also have other work days on weekends and holidays and non-operating days.

The two people who worked here were Mr. K, who said he was originally a baseball fan, and Ms. I, who said she was not familiar with baseball. Ms. I chose this job because her home is close to Belluna Dome and she wanted to work in sports. At first, she didn't know any of the players' names, but with the help of senior staff and fans who came to Flags to buy, she was able to learn quickly.

Flags" is especially busy during summer events and when new products go on sale, but they enjoy being able to sell merchandise to the fans who come to enjoy the games or to buy towels of the players who played well after the games. This is their first part-time job at Flags. They were taught the basics of customer service, such as how to use proper language, and since many of the employees are students, they are very close to their seniors.

"It's great fun to be able to learn things about baseball while interacting with customers who are fans of baseball even if you don't have any knowledge of . I would like to encourage people like me to apply for this job, even if they have not been involved with baseball for a long time. Even those who are new to part-time work and those who are worried about their lack of knowledge will be able to work with confidence.

"Kyuuben" is a store inside Belluna Dome that sells bento lunches produced by players. The main job of the part-timer is customer service and sales, and in the summer, they are also in charge of selling "drinkable shaved ice" in a tent near the gate. They come to work four hours before the start of the game, and after the game, they sell souvenir bread and other items, do some finishing work, and finish in about an hour.

Staff members S, Y, and K are all university students of the same age. They have been The Lions fans since they were little, and their name tags have many pin badges of players on them. All three of them started working part-time at the club after being introduced by a senior. They each have different part-time jobs during the off-season, but they say they have become good friends in their private time as well, and often get together as a team of baseball players.

During work, he interacts with fans, and when The Lions win in walk-off, he watches the moment on the monitor and gets excited together with them, so he feels the unique atmosphere of the stadium and enjoys his work. Especially during the opening game, he says that even though he is busy, he smiles when he sees the excited atmosphere and smiles of the fans.

Currently, the part-time staff at Kyuben are all students, and they are able to work independently despite being students. Apparently, there are times when the staff, including the full-time employees, discuss their opinions on purchasing. As the staff are all around the same age, they get along very well, and the sense of fulfillment that comes across in the conversation between the three staff members.

The Teikyo Kids Room and Teikyo Kids Field are play facilities located inside Belluna Dome. In addition to reception duties, the staff also watch over and support the children so that they can play safely and enjoyably. Working hours start three and a half hours before the game and end with cleaning work after the game. This is a job that involves a lot of interaction with children.

The sisters who work here are The Lions fans, Ms. N and Ms. H. Mine is a university student majoring in education, and many of the other staff members are studying childcare. They told us that they enjoy communicating with the children, as they often talk to them while they are working, and conversations can even start from the uniforms they are wearing.

At first, it was difficult to interact with the children, but they received feedback during training and morning assemblies, and learned by discussing areas for improvement with the whole group. They also learned how to explain things to parents in an easy-to-understand way. All staff members shared areas that did not go well and made improvements.

"It's a great environment because you can talk to people of all ages and feel the lively atmosphere of the stadium while working. There is a sense of working as a team in the workplace, and there are many students of the same age, so even if it's your first part-time job, you can grow as you work," said N. He says he's learning a lot through his work.
