This initiative is part of the "KEIYO TEAM6+" project, which is a collaboration between the JR East Chiba branch and professional sports teams active along the Keiyo Line. The message was read by YUI, who serves as the stadium MC at home games at Zozo Marine Stadium.

Overview of KEIYO TEAM6+: The nine sports teams based and active along the JR Keiyo Line -Chiba Lotte Marines, Bardorar Urayasu, Urayasu D-Rocks, Chiba Jets, Obic Seagulls, IBM BIG BLUE, Chiba Zelva, Artiri Chiba, and JEF United Ichihara Chiba - are referred to as "KEIYO TEAM6+." Through various measures such as promotions in collaboration with the nine teams and the Chiba branch of JR East, the nine teams will promote urban development and revitalization along the Keiyo Line through sports.
