The Fighters Sports & Entertainment announced on March 21 that a new food and beverage commercial facility, "SUNNY TERRACE," will be located in the Hokkaido Ball Park F Village. The facility is being built by mybase Inc. of which Yuki Saito, 36, formerly of Nippon-Ham pitcher, is the representative director. Popular restaurants are scheduled to open one after another.
The name "SUNNY TERRACE" was chosen by Mr. Saito, and it expresses his desire to create a space that will be loved as a new place of relaxation for visitors to F Village and local residents.
The two-story building will house four restaurants and a gym on the first floor, and a hot spring bath facility is planned to open on the second floor. A variety of attractive stores are scheduled to open, including the fourth Japanese store of "Antica Pizzeria da Michele," which serves authentic pizza from Naples, Italy, as well as "Starbucks" and "Hakodate Gourmet Conveyor Belt Sushi Kantaro F Village Store."
Mr. Saito's comments are as follows:
"First of all, I am happy to have this new connection with The Fighters. I love F Village, which spreads out around ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, and I am excited to be able to share the indescribable comfortable atmosphere, where excitement and freshness flow in harmony, as a member of F Village. We want to create a ballpark where many people, including The Fighters fans, can spend more cheerful times. I am proceeding with the construction of this facility with the hope that I can be of use in this further evolution. I want to create a casual, cheerful place where anyone, with anyone, can drop in at any time."
