On February 25th at 1:00 PM, the 2026 Spring Miyazaki Baseball Games will be held at Hinata Sun Marine Stadium Miyazaki, featuring a match between the Saitama Seibu Lions and the Doosan Bears.

The Saitama Seibu Lions concluded their spring training camp on the 23rd. In a practice game on the 22nd, Seiya Watanabe recorded two hit. Last season, as a rookie, he posted some of the team's best statistics with a batting average of .259, 12 Home Run, and 43 RBI.
