On the 11th, Seibu Lions held a social gathering with the Nango District Sports Youth Club in Nichinan City, Miyazaki, where the team will be holding their training camp. After practice at Nango Stadium, the nine players and about 40 elementary school students played "Tag-and-Catch" together for about 30 minutes.

In "Dorokei," two sets of three minutes per game, the players played the police in the first game and the children played the police in the second. Sosuke Genda infielder (32), a member of Japan's WBC team, and Mitsunari Takahashi pitcher (29), who has won 73 games, were among the star players as the children ran around the outfield grass area.

At the closing ceremony, pitcher Mikato Aoyama (25) said, "Everyone was faster than I expected. Let's have revenge next year. This year, we are doing this camp with the absolute goal of winning the championship and becoming the best in Japan, so please continue to support The Lions." The children responded with a big round of applause.
