On July 4, the 10th round match between Orix and Chiba Lotte was played at Hotmore Field Kobe, where Orix win 8-6.

Orix took a five-run lead in the first inning on a No. 3 solo by Yuma Mune, a two-run shot by No. 8 by Yutaro Sugimoto, and a two-run single by No. 3 by Masahiro Nishino. In the bottom of the fourth, Yuma Tongu added one run on an RBI single, and in the bottom of the sixth, Tonmiya added two more runs on an RBI single in two consecutive at-bats and a Walk by Nishi fielder’s choice.

​Ryuhei Sotani pitcher started the game and was runner pitch until the second inning, when he runs 3 hit 1 Hit by Pitch in the top of the third. He closer a runs in the top of the fourth and fifth innings while allowing hit, but gave up one run in the top of the sixth on back-to-back singles by Misho Nishikawa and Soto, and was removed after 110 pitches in the sixth inning hit 7 Hit by Pitch 5 strike out 4 runs on 110 pitches.

​Sho Iwasaki pitcher entered the game in the top of the seventh inning and got two outs in the hit, but he got through the runs with no outs thanks to a double play. In the top of the eighth, Taisuke Yamaoka pitcher was pulled after a timely hit by Soto from third base with no outs. Kaito Saiki pitcher was only 1 runs between infield grounders.

​Machado pitcher closed out the game in the top of the ninth inning to end the game with an 8-6 lead. Orix won their third straight game, with pitcher Sotani tying for second in the league with his seventh win of the season, and the offense escaped with a 9-hit-8 onslaught. The loss was Chiba Lotte 's fifth loss when starter Atsuki Taneichi pitcher threw 108 pitches in five innings hit 8 Walk 2 strike out 6 runs (earned runs 5). The offense scored 12 hit 6 runs, but pitcher collapsed.
