The "Players 2-Way Blanket" is a 2-way item that can be used as a cushion by storing the blanket inside a cushion cover with a portrait of a player on it. By opening the zipper of the cushion cover and taking out the blanket inside, it can be used as a lap blanket or shoulder blanket.
The portraits of the players on the cushion covers are by illustrator Ishii Tatsuya, whose work also appears on many The Lions merchandise. The four pitcher pitcher Natsuki Takeuchi, Tatsuya Imai, Seiya Watanabe, and Manaya Nishikawa, are depicted in illustrations that make the most of their individual personalities.
