Seibu Lions outfielder Takuya Hiruma was promoted to the first team for the first time this season on the 17th.

Hiruma, who took part in practice before the game Orix (Belluna Dome), expressed his confusion, saying, "It's been a while since I've been with the first team, so my movements were different," but he moved around energetically.

Hiruma has played in 37 games in the second team so far, with a batting average of .242, one Home Run, and 11 RBI. With Nishikawa and rookie Watanabe Satoshi in good form in the first team outfield, the competition is fierce, but he declared, "I'm feeling good. I'll just do what I have to do."
