On August 2, in the 25th game of Farm regular season Fukuoka Softbank vs. Orix Buffaloes held at Tamahome Stadium Chikugo, Fukuoka Softbank win 13-1.

Starting pitcher Chun-Wei Chang pitcher gave up the lead in the first inning with Seymour's timely doble, but from the second inning, the lineup launched a fierce attack. In the bottom of the second, Yuto Akihiro hit a solo home run to tie the game, and Yoshiyasu Sasakawa added three runs in the inning with a timely hit to take the lead. From the third inning, Ayuma Nishio hit six RBI hits, including two consecutive RBI hits, and through the sixth inning, they scored five consecutive inning runs to make it 13-1.

From the second inning onward, Jang pitcher pitched well, holding the opposing lineup to just 1 hit. He finished his first mound since being promoted to control with 80 pitches, 3 hit, 2 Walk, 5 strike out, and 1 runs over 6 innings. From the 7th inning, Itsuto Kobayashi pitcher, who had also secured a controlled contract on the 27th, took the mound instead. He closer 2 inning to no hit, and although he caused trouble with a flurry of hits in the top of the 9th, he ended the game by inducing Kendai Moto to fly out to right.

Fukuoka Softbank scored 13 runs, and Akihiro, who hit the equalizer, contributed 2 hit 2 RBI. Nishio and Ryota Morishima also recorded 3 RBI. Meanwhile, Orix Buffaloes suffered a heavy runs as starter Taiga Uehara pitcher 9 hit 3 Walk 10 runs (earned runs fielder 4) in the 4th inning. The offense also took the lead early in the first inning but finished with 5 hit 1 run.
