Tohoku Rakuten Eagles: President Hiroshi Tanahashi, Tomoaki Honma, and Oleg Boltin from New Japan Pro-Wrestling visited the venue

Rakuten Eagles announced that three wrestlers from New Japan Pro-Wrestling will attend the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham matches on Friday, September 4 and Saturday, September 5. On Friday the 4th, Tomoaki Honma and Bolin Oleg will appear on radio and stage, while on Saturday the 5th, President Hiroshi Tanahashi will appear on the radio and stage, as well as on the ceremonial pitch.

Orix Buffaloes to hold season's last spurt campaign "Stay hot until the end!"

Orix Buffaloes will be running a special event called "Stay Passionate Until the End!" for regular season games of the 2026 season, starting on Tuesday, September 8th.

During the event, special events are planned, including a "message panel" where fans can send their thoughts to the team, and "Call Kids" who will boost morale with cheers from Orix fans just before the start of the game. The team's official store and online shop will also be selling "Stay Passionate Until the End!" T-shirts, worn by players, managers, coaches, and staff.
