On August 31, Tomoya Satozaki and T-Okada appeared on the official Persol Pacific League TV YouTube channel segment 'Monday to Patele,' where they talked about the strong form of Chiba Lotte Marines and Koki Yamaguchi.

Yamaguchi recorded 10 Home Run in August, having pitched Home Run in four consecutive games starting with the game against Fukuoka Softbank on August 26, and on the 28th, breaking the team's record for most Japanese players since the move to Chiba, as well as recording 10 in August. Both Satozaki and T-Okada praised his performance, saying, "He's dominating" and "He's awakened."

Furthermore, Satozaki said, "Until last year, I was hitting with a hold, but sometimes I could only hit that week. But this year, I'll keep hitting! Just watching makes me feel like I'm going to hit it! I hope he hits 30 homers," expressing his expectations for his continued success.

Satozaki continued, "About two years ago, for some reason, he started right-handed hitter and his performance dropped sharply. He could pull the ball and then lose control," pointing out Yamaguchi's previous batting. He argued that to hit good balls to the opposite direction, pulling hitting is important, and T-Okada, who has experience with Home Run Oh, agreed, "That's definitely true."

T-Okada also nodded, saying, "(Once you can pull the ball) you'll naturally go in that direction (the opposite direction)," and analyzed the main reason for his good form, saying, "Being able to pick up lower breaking ball and fewer fouls are the biggest factor."
