On August 24th, GG Sato and Sho Nakata appeared on "Monday, Go to Patele," the official YouTube channel of Pacific League TV. They talked about pitcher Takayuki Kishi who is in his 20th professional season this year.

Regarding pitcher Kishida, who has been pitching well in August with a monthly ERA of 0.69 in two games, including a six-run runs inning victory against Chiba Lotte Marines on August 19th, Nakata said, "I don't really remember hitting him much (when he was playing)." He recalled facing Kishida in Sapporo Dome, saying, "Kishida at Sapporo Dome was really unstoppable. (mound at Sapporo Dome) is hard and high, so apparently pitcher can throw with the feeling of throwing downwards." He then gave a wry smile and said, "When Kishida was in the zone, there was really nothing we could do..."

In response, GG Sato asked, "Can you tell the difference in the pitches when you come to Sapporo?" to which Nakata replied, "They're completely different. The fastballs are so lively. That's why our team meetings were always so long when we were going up against Kishi at Sapporo Dome." He also mentioned pitcher 's signature curveball, saying, "It slips out of your line of sight once, so it's difficult to hit. The only pitchers whose curveballs I've ever thought were impossible to hit were Kishi and Falkenborg."
