On July 3, in the farm regular season held in Shinrindori Stadium Izumi, Tohoku Rakuten Eagles vs. Oisix Niigata lost the seventh round 1-4 to Tohoku Rakuten Eagles.

The starting pitcher was rookie Tatsuki Ito pitcher. In the first inning, he gave up a go-ahead RBI single to cleanup hitter Walker, but quickly regained his form and pitched well in the fifth inning, pitching 3 hit 1 Walk 5 strike out 1 runs.

In the bottom of the sixth, trailing by one run, the team reached a hit by leadoff player Shoya Sakagami and put runners on first and third with no outs, and the runner tied the game between Akira Shigenaga players' double play. However, in the top of the eighth, the fourth pitcher Naoto Nishiguchi pitcher gave up the lead with three consecutive hits from two outs and a runner on second, and the fifth pitcher Chia-Hao Sung pitcher runs again in the top of the ninth. Meanwhile, the lineup was closer 4 hit by the opponent's pitcher lineup, resulting in Tohoku Rakuten Eagles suffering their third consecutive loss.
