Chiba Lotte Marines 's Daito Yamamoto had a disappointing start to the farm team season, going hit in four At Bat. He has also struggled in the preseason games so far, with only one hit At Bat-bats. Last season, he made a name for himself in the first team with 11 Home Run, so he will be aiming to produce plenty of extra-base hits this season and join the first team as soon as possible.

On the other side, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Yuma Imagawa is a player to watch. He hit Home Run in the exhibition game on the 4th, but joined the farm team on the 8th. In the game the previous day, he made his presence felt with 3 RBI, including a go-ahead RBI single. He will be looking to perform well with his strong hitting and make a name for the opening day roster.

Expectations are high for Shota Hiranuma who joined the team through the active player draft. Hawks pitcher Keita Yamamoto had a good start the previous day with 3 hit and 1 RBI.

The second game between Orix Buffaloes and Fukuoka Softbank will be held at Sugimotoshoji Buffaloes Stadium Maishima starting at 13:00.

At Orix Buffaloes, we have high hopes for Shota Hiranuma who joined the team in the active player draft last December. In the game on the 14th, starting line-up started as the leadoff hitter and third baseman and recorded one hit in three At Bat. He also had hit At Bat.

On the opposing side, Fukuoka Softbank 's Keita Yamamoto had a great performance the previous day, recording 3 hit 1 RBI. Yamamoto earned a spot on the main roster shortly after the start of last season. This season, he is aiming to make his presence felt on the first team stage and will be trying to impress from the start of spring training.
