This year marks the 75th anniversary Pacific League! 75 years have passed since the first regular season, and in recent years, there have been many new ways to enjoy the stadium. So, this time, members of Pacific League Insight editorial team investigated how much you can enjoy at the stadium for 7,500 yen, from tickets to food and merchandise.

This time, we're at Kyocera Dome Osaka. We're starting the 7,500 yen challenge while enjoying the summer events!

7,500 Yen Challenge Rules

・Tickets are purchased through the official ticket resale service by the four teams, Ticket Distribution center fielder
・For gourmet meals, you must purchase two items from the following: drink, main course, and dessert.
・Get merchandise

To purchase tickets, go to "The Buffaloes Official Ticket Resale by Ticket Ryu"

First, I bought a ticket. I purchased a B-seat ticket through The Buffaloes official ticket resale service, Ticketryu. The price, including handling fees, was 2,197 yen. The seat was on the aisle in the front, a spot that usually sells out quickly. I could feel the cheers from outfield nearby.

After purchasing the tickets, I was left with 5,303 yen. From here, I enjoyed some merchandise and gourmet food.

Support with message towels! Small items that you can't help but buy

The official merchandise shop, Bs SHOP, opens before the match. The day I visited coincided with the opening day of "Bs Natsu no Jin 2025 supported by SAMTY." There were plenty of Natsu no Jin merchandise lined up in the store. Since I was there, I decided to buy the "Natsu no Jin Hologram Acrylic Keychain" (700 yen). The hologram sparkles and is beautiful. I won a keychain featuring Masahiro Nishino, so I'll attach it to my bag.

Next, I put the "Hiroshi Artist Illustration Sticker (ORIHIGE)" (450 yen), which I had been interested in for a while, into my shopping cart. It features Bull and Bell dressed as bartenders, in keeping with the theme of the "Ori-tachi Day" event held in May. Hiroshi pitcher illustrations are really good, aren't they?

As a cheering item, I bought a "Cheering Message Face Towel" (1,500 yen). There were so many different messages to choose from, but I chose "Ori Shika Katsutan!" (We Can Only Win!) with my hopes for win in mind. I'm looking forward to seeing them perform the cheering song "Towel."

Towels are a staple of cheering. There are many other towels available, including towels with various messages, towels with players' catch, and towels with players' names printed in large letters. ©PLM

At the east exit of Kyocera Dome Osaka, there is a photo spot for Bs Natsu no Jin. This year's key color, "passion red," is very cool. On the other side of the impressive "#BattleMode" with the players' dignified expressions, there is also a cute "#SentoMode" with a relaxed design. A noren curtain has been installed at the entrance gates (3 and 4), creating a public bath-like atmosphere.

After purchasing the merchandise, the remaining balance was 2,653 yen. After the gates opened, it was time to enjoy some gourmet food!

Cheers with the new classic Orilemon! A full menu of players' drinks

First, for the main dish, I chose "pitcher 's Okinawa Yakisoba" (1,100 yen), which I had been wanting to try since checking out the player menu in advance. It's a yakisoba made with Okinawa soba noodles, and the sauce is addictive. It's voluminous and packed with toppings. It was a very satisfying dish. There was a space inside the stadium where photos of the players were displayed, so I snapped a photo with a picture of pitcher Hiroya Miyagi.

Next, you'll want some alcohol and snacks to accompany you during the game. First, get the "Ori Lemon Sour" (750 yen) from Kyocera Dome Osaka 's new staple "Ori Lemon" series. It's sold throughout the stadium. It's refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, with plenty of lemon for a fresh aroma.

The snack I chose was "pitcher 's Chicken Skin Chips (Curry Salt)" (600 yen). It seems to be a popular menu item among fans. The crispy chicken skin, saltiness, and curry spices go perfectly with the sour drink. Once you start eating, you won't be able to stop...!

In the bottom of the second inning, Yutaro Sugimoto hit a huge home run to give the team the lead, and the stadium was filled with roaring cheers. The penlight effects, which were introduced this year, were even more beautiful than they looked on TV! Just when you thought it was time for the traditional haruisen time in the bottom of the fifth inning, it turned into towel time with Bs Natsu no Jin in "#SentoMode". One of the great things about summer events is that you can see different effects than usual.

Although Orix lost in the end, I enjoyed the heated battle that lasted over three hours. I spent 7,297 yen on three merchandise items and three gourmet meals. I was able to buy a lot of things and it was a very fulfilling day!
