Kawakami is a talented player who was born in Kobe and was a fifth grader, but at the age of 9, he tied for first place overall in the "JSF Vertical Series 2023" and became the youngest champion. He is an internationally acclaimed player, having set three Guinness World Records: (1) Most backside 540s on a skateboard in one minute, (2) Most consecutive 900s on a skateboard in a tournament (male), and (3) Youngest player to participate in an X Games (male).
He is scheduled to be the youngest male participant at "X Games Osaka 2025," which will be held at Kyocera Dome Osaka from the 20th to the 22nd.
