Tsuyoshi Nishioka, a former Lotte player who played for the team from 2003 to 2010, threw the first pitch at the special event "BLACK BLACK."

Nishioka, who pitch wearing the black visitor's uniform worn when the team won the Japan Series in 2005 and 2010, expressed his gratitude to the fans, saying, "It was nerve-wracking to play in front of a packed house of tens of thousands of people for the first time in a while, but the breeze at Marine Stadium, the unique smell and the atmosphere created by the fans made me feel very nostalgic, and I was able to enjoy pitching. It was really great. When the cheer song was played and everyone sang along, I almost cried. It was so moving. Thank you so much for today."
