On the 18th, Chiba Lotte Marines 's official mascot, Ma-kun, and MIKU from the team's official cheerleading squad "M☆Splash!!" participated in the "Year-End and New Year Special Security and Enforcement Deployment Ceremony" hosted by Chiba Nishi Police Station at the Grand Square on the 1st floor of Aeon Mall Makuhari Shintoshin. Ma-kun was appointed as the one-day police chief of Chiba Nishi Police Station.

This event was organized by the Chiba Nishi Police Station with the aim of raising public awareness of safety during the year-end and New Year holidays. Lectures were given on three themes: "Fraud Prevention," "Traffic Safety," and "Preventing Soliciting."

Following the lecture, under the command of Ma-kun and MIKU-san, police vehicles were deployed for a special year-end and New Year's patrol. The Chiba Prefectural Kemigawa High School brass band "Kemisui" also gave a performance, creating a lively atmosphere at the venue.
