Hokkaido Nippon-Ham-Ham Fighters' Reyes: Winner of both the Most Home Run and Most RBI awards

Hokkaido Nippon-Ham' main batter, Reyes, is in his second season in Japan. A native of the Dominican Republic, Reyes made his MLB debut in 2018 and has hit a total of 108 Home Run. In his first season in the NPB last year, he hit 25 Home Run, making his presence felt.

He continued to show his batting prowess in the 2025 season. His batting averages for both June and July were over 30%, and he had particularly impressive results in July, hitting six Home Run, batting .324, and an OPS of 1.006, earning him his second Taiju Life MVP Award. Born in the U.S. and the father of former Angels manager Phil Nevin, Nevin made his MLB debut in 2021, moved to Japan in 2025, and has been a major contributor to the team since his first year, officially announcing a two-year contract extra inning in mid-June, starting in 2026.
