Fukuoka Softbank Hawks pitcher C. Stewart Jr. has returned to the United States to undergo medical treatment and rehabilitation. Last season, he started in 20 games, posting a 9-4 record with ERA of 1.95. However, this season he returned to the United States in early April to undergo medical treatment and rehabilitation. He returned to Japan in late May, but did not pitch in regular season.
