◇ Orix Buffaloes unveil jersey design for "Bs Summer Battle 2026 supported by SAMTY"

Orix Buffaloes has announced the design of jersey that their players will wear during the "Bs Summer Battle 2026 supported by SAMTY" event, which will be held from August 3rd (Monday).

This year's concept is "THE NAVY, THE ORIGIN," and jersey color is "Deep Navy." Along with the refreshed logo and jersey for this season, a deeper, more powerful shade of navy has been adopted throughout the entire uniform. White lines have been added as an accent, resulting in a sophisticated and substantial design.

◇The Saito Brothers, affiliated with Tohoku Rakuten Eagles All Japan Pro Wrestling, will be making their third consecutive appearance.

Rakuten Eagles have announced that the Saito Brothers, professional wrestlers from Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture, who belong to All Japan Pro Wrestling, will throw the ceremonial first pitch at their game against Orix Buffaloes on Wednesday, July 15th. This will be the Saito Brothers' third appearance at the Eagles in three consecutive years. In addition to throwing the ceremonial first pitch, they are also scheduled to appear on stage before the game and at events between inning.

Chiba Lotte Marines announced that on Friday, June 19th, they will hold a special Rakuten Eagles game sponsored by their official sponsor, Suzuken Co., Ltd., titled "Kenchiku Kobo Yagura PRESENTS Let's Fight Together with One Heart! Special Night Game," against Tohoku Rakuten, and that Saburo Kawabuchi, Chairman of the Japan Top League Association and Advisor to the Japan Football Association, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
