At The Fighters Kamagaya Stadium, the 13th game between Hokkaido Nippon-Ham and Tohoku Rakuten Eagles will be held starting at 1:00 PM.

Hokkaido Nippon-Ham are keeping an eye on their second-round draft pick, rookie Kane Edokpolo. At the "NAMICS Fresh All-Star Game 2026," he hit a go-ahead RBI single and a three-run hit, going 2-At Bat-5 with 4 RBI and earning the Most Valuable Player award. Having gone hit in the previous series, he'll be looking to make an impression this time around.

On the other hand, Tohoku Rakuten Eagles 's Yukiya Ito is on an eight-game hit. This season, he has struggled in the first team, with a Home Run average of .188 and only 3 home runs in 19 games, and has been playing in the minor leagues since May. In the minor leagues, he has a batting average of .252, Home Run and an OPS of .746 in 41 games. He will be looking to improve his numbers further and earn a promotion to the first team.

Yutaro Sugimoto, who hit his 5th home run of the season (a two-run homer) in the previous game, boasts a slugging percentage of .644.

The first game between Orix Buffaloes and the Tokyo Yakult will be held at Sugimotoshoji Buffaloes Stadium Maishima starting at 12:00.

Orix Buffaloes is keeping an eye on Yutaro Sugimoto, who is currently adjusting in the minor leagues. In the game against Oisix Niigata on August 5th, he hit a timely doble in the bottom of the first inning and then a two-run homer in the bottom of the fifth inning, his fifth of the season. He had a great performance with hit three RBI. So far this season, he has played in 21 farm team games, with a batting average of .305, Home Run, and 15 RBI. He has recorded a slugging percentage of .644. He will be looking to impress with his strong hitting ability and seize the chance to be called up again.

In his third game since joining the farm team, Ryusei Terachi had 3 hit, including a home run.

The eighth game of the series between Chiba Lotte Marines and The Giants will be held at Urayasu City Sports Park ball park starting at 4 PM.

Chiba Lotte Marines 's Ryusei Terachi was removed from the roster for the second time this season on the 3rd, due to his batting average of .177 in the first team. However, he immediately got two hit in the game the following day, the 4th, and then on the 6th, he hit three hit, including his second home run of the season. Will this game mark his fourth consecutive game hit since joining the farm team?
