On August 6, in the sixth round of the farm regular season held in Belluna Dome against Saitama Seibu Lions Hanshin Tigers, Saitama Seibu Lions lost 2-6.

Saitama Seibu Lions 's starter, Shinya Sugai pitcher, carried runner in scoring position from the first inning but failed to close the runs. In the top of the second inning, all three retired in order, closer, and with 39 pitches over two innings, 1 hit, 1 Walk, 2 strike out, no runs, marking his return since May 27.

In the top of the third, Shinnosuke Hada pitcher took the mound but gave up two runs with four Hit by Pitch consecutive walks from two outs and a runner on second, allowing two runs and being substituted. Mikato Aoyama pitcher, who came in from two outs bases loaded, gave up timely infield hit to the next hitter but did not allow consecutive hits. In the top of the fourth, all three batters retired in order, and in the top of the fifth, he closer again with no runs.

The offense was held back by strong pitching from the opposing pitcher and was hit through the sixth inning. Still, in the bottom of the seventh, Koji Kaneko created a good opportunity with triple by players, and scored on sacrifice fly by Ryosuke Korezawa. However, in the top of the ninth, Daiki Miura pitcher hit three consecutive RBI hits to runs three. In the bottom of the ninth, Yuta Nakazo and Reon Murata hit consecutive hits, keeping runners on first and third with no outs and scoring between bases to shortstop, but the next lineup couldn't follow, and the game ended 2-6. The lineup struggled with a total of 4 hit, and the pitcher pitchers also suffered 7 hit 6 runs.
