Orix Buffaloes The first three runs scored in the first inning.

The first run scored by Yuma Mune A wild pitch allowed a runner to reach base on dropped third strike and advance to third on a balk and a touchup. Ryoma Nishikawa A run scored on a ground out to third, and a run scored on a change-up ground out to left field. The next Keita Nakagawa A player hit doble directly off of wall, increasing the opportunity with one out and runners on second and third. The next player also caught and scored a run. Tomoya Mori The next player also caught change-up and hit a double. The team scored three runs in the bottom of the inning off Jackson pitcher, the starter.

ERA J erry pitcher, the starter, has made four starts since arriving in Japan, and has QS'd in all of them. The batting lineup provided support for the new starter, who continued to pitch well.

I was in a tight spot, so I put the bat out there to try to make things happen. I'm glad I was able to get through a good spot! I will continue to do my best.
