◇ Charity goods produced by Orix Buffaloes Tomoya Mori are available for pre-order.

Orix Buffaloes will be taking orders for original charity goods produced by player Tomoya Mori, with the aim of supporting animal protection organizations.

Mori, a huge dog lover since childhood, has been producing charity goods every year since 2022 to support animal protection organizations. This time too, Mori supervised the design, and there are four types of designs in total, including illustrations of Mori and his dog, and a design featuring Mori's batting silhouette. The "One" in "One TeaM Project" has two meanings: "to become one" and the sound of a dog barking, "wan," and "TeaM" is inspired by the initials of Tomoya Mori.

Furthermore, the proceeds from this sale, after deducting expenses, will be donated to an animal protection organization at the request of player Mori.

◇ Orix Buffaloes Kosuke Kawachi undergoes surgery on his left foot

Orix Buffaloes announced that pitcher Kosuke Kawachi underwent Lisfranc reconstruction surgery on his left leg using an artificial ligament at a hospital in Kobe. He will now undergo rehabilitation with the aim of returning to competition. In his third year this season, he injured his right knee in February and underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery on his right knee.

◇ Fukuoka Softbank will change jersey design starting from the 2027 season.

Fukuoka Softbank Starting with the 2027 season, the team will update the designs of its home jersey and away jersey jerseys. This will be the first design change for jersey since Fukuoka Softbank Hawks was launched in 2005, and the new designs are scheduled to be unveiled around late November 2026.
