On June 23, in the first round of the farm regular season between Hokkaido Nippon-Ham and Hiroshima at The Fighters Kamagaya Stadium, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham win 4-2.

Hokkaido Nippon-Ham 's starter, Daiki Shimizu pitcher, gave up the first run in the first inning with two outs and a runner on first due to a infield hit by Shogo Akiyama, but Yujin Nakata's timely doble. He had no runs pitch in the top of the second, but in the third, Shunsuke Tamura's fifth solo homer gave up one run, and after 59 pitches in the third, he threw 4 hit 2 Walk 4 strike out 2 runs and was taken out. From the fourth inning, Suguru Fukuda pitcher, Kotaro Seimiya pitcher, and Kanato Anzai pitcher each connected 1 inning runs.

The lineup wanted to respond to the bullpen's strong pitching, but after five innings, they were held up by the opposing starter, Haruya Akagi pitcher, with only 2 hit. Still, in the bottom of the sixth, leadoff Daiki Asama reached base with a doble, and Yuya Gunji followed with his second two-run homer, bringing the game back to square one.

In the top of the seventh, Taisho Tamai pitcher connected with a 0-0 score, and in the top of the eighth, Nao Miyanishi pitcher got through with two outs and runners on third, but managed to get through with no runs. In the top of the ninth, with the score tied, Koji Fukutani pitcher retired all three batters. Then, in the bottom of the ninth, Leo Shibata reached base on an error by an opponent. With one out, pinch hitter Yuma Imagawa hit his fifth two-run homer, finishing the walk-off win. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham win 4-2 saw the relievers runs pitcher a relay without six relievers. He pitched well and called in win.
