The members of Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters official cheer team, "The Fighters Girls," have been decided for the 2026 season. The team will consist of 14 new members and 13 continuing members, for a total of 27 members.

The new captain is in her third year with the team and has made the transition from a vendor at ES CON FIELD Hokkaido to The Fighters Girl. Kiko Komano The sub-captain is in his second year with the team and was previously a nurse. Nanako Ueno was appointed.
