The Saitama Seibu Lions Lions' team slogan for the 2026 season has been decided as "Daha" (meaning "breakthrough").

Manager Fumiya Nishiguchi has a strong belief that "improving our batting power is essential while continuing to play a style of baseball that relies on defense," and this initiative aims to motivate fielder and expresses his hope that each player and staff member will break through their current limitations and reach their full potential.

Accordingly, pre-orders for 2026 slogan merchandise will begin today at 11:00 AM at the "The Lions Store Online." In addition to standard items such as T-shirts, a variety of warm items such as hoodies and blankets are available, perfect for the chilly start of the season.
