On August 29, in the 15th round of Farm regular season Chiba Lotte Marines vs. Tokyo Yakult held in Lotte Urawa Baseball Stadium, Chiba Lotte Marines lost 3-4.

Chiba Lotte Marines took the lead in the bottom of the third with consecutive doble by Ryoju Okamura and Koshiro Wada. In the bottom of the sixth, Okamura hit another doble, followed by a timely hit by Wada for the second run. Starting pitcher Ryota Nakamura pitcher pitched 6 innings with 71 pitches hit, 2 Walk, 5 strike out, and runs in a brilliant performance.

However, in the top of the seventh, Genki Ishigaki pitcher caused a crisis with two Walk, and RBI hits by Fumika Matsushita and Ren Sawai gave the batting three runs. In the bottom of the seventh, the lineup reached first and third with a hit of pinch hitter Shingo Ishikawa and Yu Tatematsu, and Ryusei Miyazaki managed to tie up with a sacrifice fly, but in the top of the eighth, Yusuke Azuma pitcher gave up a game-winning RBI hit to Sedeño. The team has suffered four consecutive losses.
