On August 12, in the 24th game between Farm regular season Fukuoka Softbank and Hiroshima held at Tamahome Stadium Chikugo, Fukuoka Softbank won convincingly 14-2.

Starting pitcher Kazuo Ono pitcher gave up a doble to leadoff hitter Shoichi Futamata in the top of the first inning, but got the batters out in the next inning. From the second inning onward, he recorded struck out every inning, pitching 59 pitches in four innings, pitching 3 hit no walks, Hit by Pitch 4 strike out no runs.

The Fukuoka Softbank wanted to score first came in the bottom of the fourth, but after Isami Nomura reached base due to an opponent's error, he successfully stolen base to second base. Takayoshi Takahashi chose a Walk with two outs and runners on second and third, and Keio Fujino hit his second three-run homer to left field to take the lead.

From the fifth inning, the second pitcher, Shunsuke Iwasaki pitcher, came in. In the top of the seventh, the third inning, Kota Hayashi was hit by a doble, which gave bases loaded a crisis, but he held the ball in the infield with a single run between the grounders.

In the bottom of the 7th, the Wakataka lineup created a bases loaded with no outs and added two runs with a timely hit by Yoshiyasu Sasakawa. Nomura's timely triple and Riku Ogata 's timely infield hit extended their lead to 9-1. Furthermore, Fuji's fielder’s choice timely triple extended their lead to double-digit runs for the second consecutive game.

Following the seventh inning where they scored seven runs in one go, Yuto Akihiro hit a timely triple in the bottom of the eighth, delivering a sweep timely to take a tough hit. With three straight wins, Fukuoka Softbank showed strong performances: Yoshiyasu Sasakawa player hit 4 RBI, Fuji fielder’s choice 3 hit 4 RBI, and Ayumu Ezaki player 2 hit.
