On August 11, the ninth round of the Farm regular season Chiba Lotte Marines vs. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham held in Lotte Urawa Baseball Stadium ended in a 4-4 draw.

Chiba Lotte Marines 's starter, Yuto Yoshikawa pitcher, gave up his fifth two-run homer to Leo Shibata in the top of the 2nd inning, and gave up a solo home run in the top of the 4th. In the top of the 7th, with 2 hit, he hit allowed a run between a grounder infield from 1 out and runners on 1st and 3rd, and was pulled in the 7th inning with a 2 Walk 4-runs out. From the 8th onward, Genki Ishigaki pitcher and Hayate Miyazaki pitcher connected with no runs.

In the bottom of the fourth, trailing three runs, Ryoju Okamura started a comeback with a timely doble. In the bottom of the fifth, Kota Inoue hit a two-run single to tie the game. In the bottom of the ninth, trailing 3-4 again, Yuya Sakurai hit his fifth solo home run to tie the game. They then created a chance with one out and runners on second, but the batters collapsed, and the game ended 4-4 according to regulations.

In addition to Sakurai, who hit the game-tying homer, Ryusei Miyazaki, Hiromi Oka, and Kenta Chatani each recorded two hit. On the other hand, in Hokkaido Nippon-Ham, Shibata posted a 2-hit 2-RBI including the opening homer, and Ryosuke Myose also contributed three hit, including a solo home run of the 8th.
