MIZUHO PayPay Dome is being held at 'Taka Festival SUMMER BOOST 2026.' On July 5th, 'THE RAMPAGE' appeared as guests, and member Ichima Kawamura served as the ceremonial pitch.

— How did you feel after finishing the ceremonial pitch?
Mr. Kawamura (hereafter, Kawamura): "Standing at mound really makes me nervous. This is my third time pitching. Compared to previous pitch, I was able to stay much calmer until I reached mound. Today, I had Makihara (Taisei) and Tsumori (Yuki) pitcher teach me pitch, and the atmosphere with the staff team was much better, so I was able to pitch calmly."
—Tsumori: pitcher What specific things did you learn from Dai Makihara?
Kawamura: "Even though I said, 'There's nothing to teach,' I had them play catch balls, and it was a dream time. The glove I got when I pitch was from pitcher Tsumori."
—How did you get glove?
Kawamura: "I signed the jersey that Makihara used and gave it to me. Tsumori pitcher also said, 'Do you want this?' and I received it with a kind of 'Is that okay??' It was amazing. I was so happy. I will make it a family heirloom!"
— When you pitch at the ceremonial first pitch last time, you said it was a 'control ball evaluation.' How is your self-evaluation this time?
Kawamura: "Hmm, F. That's one point higher than last time. There are some frustrating moments, but overall, I think it was better than last time. I wanted to go straight to the center, Pasun. If I were to give points, I gave everything I could today, so I'm giving it a perfect 100 for now."
-- Please tell us how you felt about your performance after the match.
Kawamura: "We sometimes sing in the environment of a live venue, but being able to perform right after the match at the place where baseball was being held is incredibly precious, so I want to give it my all to get everyone excited!"
