On June 14, in the seventh round of the regular season Hokkaido Nippon-Ham vs. Chiba Lotte Marines at The Fighters Kamagaya Stadium, Chiba Lotte Marines win 5-3.

In the first inning, the lineup created a good opportunity with consecutive hits by Tsuyoshi Yamazaki and Akito Takabe, but after an opponent's error and Katsuya Kakunaka 's three-run homer, they scored four runs in one go. Starting pitcher Tokito Kawamura pitcher gave up a leadoff hitter homer to Ryosuke Myose in the bottom of the 1st inning, but pitched well without hit through four innings.

In the bottom of the fifth, pitcher Kawamura faced a crisis with two outs and runners on second and third, but he struck the next batters to struck out and left the mound with a 3-hit 1 Walk runs 5th inning. After that, he connected with Ryo Sakai pitcher, Daisei pitcher, and Hayate Miyazaki pitcher. In the bottom of the ninth, Radney pitcher gave up two runs, but with no outs and runners on first and third, Yusuke Azuma pitcher closed out the game, making it 5-3 for win.

Chiba Lotte Marines was pitcher Kawamura's fifth farm win, while Takabe hit three hit. Meanwhile, the losing Hokkaido Nippon-Ham saw Kotaro Yamashiro pitcher, who made his season debut, commit an error in the first inning and gave up 4 runs, leaving the mound after 0.1 innings. The following pitcher closer the runs, and in the bottom of the ninth, they closed the gap to two runs, but couldn't score a single home run.
