On June 12th, in the farm team regular season between Fukuoka Softbank and Hanshin Tigers, held at Tamahome Stadium Chikugo, Fukuoka Softbank lost 4-6, suffering their sixth consecutive defeat.

In the first inning, with two outs, Fukuoka Softbank 's Keita Yamamoto and Hotaka Yamakawa hit consecutive singles, and Yuto Akihiro hit his third home run of the season, a three-run shot, to give them the lead. Starting pitcher Takuma Yamasaki allowed runner on third base in the top of the fourth inning through Walk and stolen base, and gave up a run on a timely hit by Devaney. He left the game after 5 innings, having thrown 99 pitches, allowing 4 hit 2 Walk strike out up 1 runs.

In the top of the 6th inning, pitcher Taisei Kimura gave up one run due to four Hit by Pitch and hit batters, but in the bottom of the 6th, Yamakawa hit a timely doble to make it 4-2. However, the third pitcher, Ryo Oyama, gave up one run in the top of the 7th on a wild pitch, and continued pitching in the top of the 8th, runs another run on two hit and one Walk. With two outs and runners on first and second, pitcher Rodriguez took over and gave up a go-ahead two-run triple to Hiyu Motoyama.

The offense was hit and only managed one walk from the 7th Walk onward, and the game ended 4-6. Ooyama took the loss after 1.2 innings, giving up 3 hit, 2 Walk 4 runs. Yamakawa recorded 2 hit 1 RBI.
