◇ Tohoku Rakuten Eagles vs Orix Buffaloes 7th Round (14th, Rakuten Eagles Mobile Saikyo Park Miyagi)

​Orix Buffaloes Kaito Iriyama pitcher closer once, and Raiku Katayama pitcher missed twice, hit runs.

Starting pitcher Jerry pitcher was pulled after the third inning and replaced Orix Buffaloes. In the bottom of the sixth, trailing by three runs, the third pitcher, Kaito Iriyama pitcher, came in. Up to this point, he had two consecutive at-bats with Itsuki Murabayashi hit fly out to right, then Daisuke Nakashima flew to left, and finally closer a struck out from Naoki Sato player with a 150 km/h fastball, leaving all three in order.

In the bottom of the 7th, Raiku Katayama pitcher went to mound. He allowed the top lineup to hit and scored, and with pitch, all three of the top lineup retired in order. In the bottom of the eighth, with the leadoff pitcher Hiroto Kobukata fielding off Kotaro Kobayashi fielding well, he closer to a grounder to shortstop. Furthermore, he recorded consecutive struck out against Hikaru Ota and YG Yasuda, who had hit two-run singles that day, finishing both inning with perfect pitch.

Orix Buffaloes lose unable to score from the opponent's pitcher half. However, Kaito Iriyama pitcher and Raiku Katayama pitcher pitcher shut down the Tohoku Rakuten Eagles lineup, which had scored 11 hit 3 runs through five innings, without hit and showed excellent relief by not allowing any additional runs.
