On April 2nd, the second game between Saitama Seibu Lions and Orix Buffaloes was played in Belluna Dome, and Orix Buffaloes win 7-3.

Starter Hiroya Miyagi pitcher closer the first two innings with no runs, but in the bottom of the third inning, Masayuki Kuwahara players hit a timely doble and allowed the first run. The batting line was hit scoreless until the 4th inning, but in the top of the 5th inning, a timely hit by a Koji Oshiro player from 2nd and 3rd base with 2 outs succeeded in turning the game around.

In the top of the 6th inning, Taishi Hirooka, Ryoma Nishikawa, and Ryo Ota added 1 run with three consecutive hits, and Keita Nakagawa player No. 2 and 3 runs were born from 1 out, 2nd and 3rd base, scoring 4 runs at once. Miyagi pitcher was hit by Seiya Watanabe 's No. 1 and 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning, but went down mound in the 6th inning with 6 hit 8 strike out 3 runs.

In the top of the 8th inning, Ryo Ota scored an additional run with a timely hit, and the score was 7-3. The relief team from the 7th inning onwards was Soichiro Yamazaki pitcher, Ren Mukunoki pitcher, and finally Machado pitcher closed and the game ended. Miyagi pitcher made their first win of the season. The batting lineup scored 7 runs in 10 hit Nakagawa had 3 hit 3 RBI and Ryo Ota player had 2 hit 2 RBI which was a multi-hit in three consecutive games.
