On March 18th at 1:00 PM, an exhibition game between Chiba Lotte Marines and Hanshin Tigers will be held at Zozo Marine Stadium.

Chiba Lotte Marines 's player to watch is Eito Takabe. In the previous game, he had a great performance with two hit and one stolen base, including a hit that set up the tie. He has recorded seven stolen base, the most among all 12 teams in the preseason, and is performing admirably as a leadoff hitter. He will be looking to shine both offensively and defensively in this game as well, and maintain his good form heading into the season opener.

Also scheduled to start is pitcher Yuto Kimura. In his last appearance (on the 10th against Orix Buffaloes), he was the lose pitcher, but he pitched well, allowing 5 hit strike out 2 runs while striking out 6 over 6 innings. He will be looking to make the opening day rotation.
