The 2026 Miyazaki Baseball Spring Games, featuring Orix Buffaloes vs. Lotte Giants, will be held at SOKKEN Stadium from 12:00 on February 27th.

The focus of Orix Buffaloes Buffaloes is Tomoya Mori. In the previous game (26th vs. Saitama Seibu Lions), he started as the ninth batter and catcher, preventing a stolen base base. Also, in the game against Chiba Lotte Marines on the 25th, he hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth inning to take the lead, showing his solid batting form.

Last season, Moritomo was injured and finished with a batting average of .205 and Home Run run in 50 games. This season, he is expected to play a key role in leading the team.
